Which size should I choose?
All products sold are made as per the size chart we provide. The measurements on our size guide are what should be close to your body measurements and if you conform to these body measurements our product size would be 4-6 inches looser than the body measurement . Our products are kept loose on purpose as the fabric nature and texture doesn’t allow for structured garments
Please do not try to buy a size smaller that gives you a fitted look as we would not take responsibility of wear and tear of the outfit .

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items displayed are in stock unless marked ‘SOLD OUT’ . Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email us at orders@kamaali.in

What are the payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Credit and Debit Cards. We also accept UPI & netbanking.


We have Cash on Delivery and Net Banking options for customers ordering within India.


Cash on Delivery will only be accepted against a minimum advance payment of 30% of the Order Value. You may contact us at orders@kamaali.in or +91 7982626467, 11am – 7pm Monday-Saturdays ( except National / Public Holidays ) to request a Payment link to facilitate this.


Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above. RazorPay is our third party secure payment gateway.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at the store?
Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.
You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop. All credit card details are stored directly on our third-party secure payment gateway server and not retained in our database at all.

Do you store multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact us on email at kamaali@kamaali.in for assistance.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Expect anywhere from 7 -15 days delivery time , keeping in mind bank and national holidays, delay in printing du to weather and other reasons beyond our control

 

Customization

  • All custom-made orders will be non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • All alterations shall be considered as customization for the purposes of these Terms.
  • The basic silhouette of a product cannot typically be changed.
  • Customization will be accepted if possible and can be done only in running prints and not placement prints.
  • Any embroidery required to be done will be considered as customization and will be on a chargeable basis.
  • Any product in the size XS and below, and size XXL and above will be considered custom made.
  • Any early delivery order will be considered custom made.
  • All customization will be subject to availability and specific confirmation.
  • Customisation by designer may be chargeable. We will inform you of the customisation charges, if any, after the details of customisation are shared by You. This may take 3-4 working days and could be after the initial / full payment for the order has been processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the offer to customise at any given point of time without any prior notification.
  • Custom tailored outfits usually require  trials on an average, to get the fitting right. We recommend that You account for such trials while assessing the timelines that work for You.
  • Colour may have a slight difference in final result, owing to the small batches of prints made . The final result tends to have a natural colour difference which is either dark or light or a slight variant.
  • Any fitting issues arising out of errors in  production/alteration will be rectified by Us. However, if a product altered/customised is as per the measurement provided, We do not take responsibility for any subsequent fitting issues. Should You need additional alteration, the same can be done subject to additional charges and the possibility and timeline for such alterations and availability of resources at Our end. It is clarified that all alterations done by Us outside India shall be on a chargeable basis.
  • As mentioned above, some repairs/alterations may be chargeable. A complimentary alteration service is available on non-discounted products only in case the request for alteration has been made within one month of the delivery and such product was sold in India. This complimentary service is only available for basic alterations and not available for any orders deliverable outside India. All alterations requested after one month of the date of delivery will be chargeable.
  • All alterations of discounted merchandise will be chargeable irrespective of the purchase date, value of the product or type of alteration. We will inform You of the alteration charges, after the product has been examined and the details of alteration shared by You. This may take 3-4 working days and may be after the initial / full payment for the order has been processed.
