Exchange, Returns & Refund
Returns
We attempt to ensure that all our pieces are thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch, however due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be the occasional damage /defect in an item for which we would be open to replacement of the piece( we do not accept returns for this reason ). We request you to send us images of the package as it arrived with the external damage visible, within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us at orders@kamaali.in with all details.
Alternately you can call our customer care number +91 7982626467 between the hours of 11 am and 7 pm Monday to Saturday (excluding National / Public Holidays) and our team will assist you. Goods must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in with the tags intact. The shipping cost of the return would need to be borne by you and we will bear the shipping cost of the replacement piece being sent to you. We would need at least 7 working days for a replacement to be provided in this instance, and request your patience, should this situation occur.
Goods are replaced in the same style, subject to availability of inventory. In the unlikely event we are unable to for some reason provide you with a replacement piece, we would provide you with a store credit which could be utilised in any future purchase you make with us. Store credit can be utilised against any future purchase.
Exchange
Exchanges would only be provided on the same style and same size if reported within 24 hrs of receiving the product. The exchange will only be provided if the product received by you is damaged to proceed further pls send pictures of the product for our review. Once approved, instructions for return would be provided to you.
Please ensure that the garment ordered by you is 4-6 inches looser than body measurement. You can talk to the stylist on our customer care numbers to understand sizing better, but no exchanges would be provided on the wrong size once garment is ordered by you.
We do not recommend you share the products unless they are free size. Incase of stitched garments, while sharing please note that both parties be of the same size, we would not take responsibility of torn garments, and each torn garment would be compared to the clients original size to check and compare , if enough margin / size is correct according to the clients measurement at time of placing the order then the garment would not apply for exchange on any grounds, incase the client requests for alteration , charges would apply based on extent of damage .

We would request you to advise us of any size change request within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase and (if approved for exchange) ship the product back to us such that it should reach us within 7 working days from the date of the delivery. The returned product should be in perfect unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. The labels and tags should all be intact on the piece.
The team at Kamaali Pret retains the discretion to determine and conclude whether the piece has been returned in intact and unused condition and their decision shall be final. The replacement piece in the requested size would be delivered to you within 7 working days of us receiving the returned piece in our warehouse. Due to limited inventories, in case we are in a situation unable to give you the replacement piece in the new size requested by you, we would credit the amount for the returned piece in your wallet and this could be utilised in any future purchase you make with us.
Refunds
We do not provide any refund on goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged if damaged and only if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. This amount would be credited into your wallet and can be utilised against any purchase in future.
